About Me.

I am passionate about helping companies thrive.  I work for strategic alignment of business goals, processes, and talent management systems, while leveraging diversity, culture and increasing employee engagement through belonging.  As a former senior Vice President for Human Resources and Talent Management for a large public company, I have led the change management function and navigated employee and organizational lifecycles from growth to maturity and driven innovation in order to support the critical revival stage of organizations in order to achieve continued business success.

As an Executive Coach and Consultant, I offer deep expertise within the talent management lifecycle, including strategic planning and execution, business transformation, high performance cultures and employee engagement, change leadership, process optimization, organizational development, leadership development and executive coaching.

I hold a master’s degree in Organizational Psychology/Organizational Development from Antioch University, a Coaching Certificate from the Center for Executive Assessment, the (SPHR) Senior Professional in Human Resources designation from HRCI, and the EID- Emotional Intelligence and Diversity Certification from EIDI Institute.  Also, I am certified in numerous leadership and psychological assessments around personal and leadership development such as:  MBTI, FIRO-B, DISC, CPI260, Hogan 360, CCL Benchmarks 360 and the California Psychological Inventory. 

 

I have 30 years of experience in the Property Management and REIT sectors. I served 15 years as a Board Member for the National Apartment Association (NAAEI) and in leadership roles on both their Operations and Human Resources Committees. I am also a SHRM member, Society for Human Resource Management, both nationally and in Chicago.

Additionally, I worked as a liaison and facilitator with affiliates of the Center for Creative Leadership and with the United Nations during their Climate Change Conference in Cancun, Mexico to bring stakeholders together in the global conversation on the environment and the Kyoto Protocol. 

 

For over 20 years, I led a world-class leadership development program, LEAD.  This LEAD program received numerous awards and recognition such as Training Magazine’s Best Practice Award Winner and Executive Magazine’s award of LEAD as one of the top Leadership Development Programs in America.
